Who I am

I didn’t grow up in Savannah.

I am “that guy”. I came for a visit and like so many people, I never really left. Two months after that first visit, I had the car packed and was moving to Savannah. That was more than 10 years ago.

There was something about the city that stayed with me. The layers of history, the proximity to the water, the way every neighborhood feels just a little bit different. It felt creative, a little imperfect, and full of possibility.

Over time, that initial feeling turned into something deeper; a real understanding of how the real estate market in Savannah works and how people move through it. Because living here and helping people buy and sell here are two very different things.

I’ve built my business around being intentionally hands-on. Not high-volume. Not transactional. Not “just opening doors.” When we work together, you can expect:

Thoughtful guidance: It’s not just information, but context and strategy
Honest conversations: Even when they’re not the easiest ones
Attention to detail: From how a home shows to how a deal is structured
A steady presence: From the first conversation, all the way through closing

My background in interior design and organization shapes a lot of how I approach this work. For sellers, that means preparing your home in a way that speaks to buyers before they even walk through the door. For buyers, it means helping you see both the potential and the practical realities of a home, so you can make a decision that actually works for your life.

Recently, I worked with a couple who were relocating to Savannah from out of state. They had already spent months searching on their own; flying in for showings, trying to piece together neighborhoods, and walking into homes that looked promising online but felt completely different in person.

By the time we connected, they weren’t just looking for a house.
They were looking for clarity.

We started with a detailed conversation discussing what mattered most, where there was flexibility, and where there wasn’t. From there, everything moved quickly. Within a day, they found a home that felt right.
But it wasn’t simple.
There was already a strong offer on the table, and for a moment, it looked like the opportunity had passed. We talked through what could happen next and stayed close to it. A few days later, just before the holidays, the deal unexpectedly fell apart. That very same day, I walked through the home and put together a full set of videos and notes; from every detail, every angle, everything I would want to know if I couldn’t be there in person.

They woke up the next morning with everything they needed to make a decision. When they were finally able to come see the home in person, nothing felt like a surprise—which, for a historic property, is exactly what you want. We moved through inspections, repairs, and next steps with the same level of care and clarity. And through it all, my role stayed the same; to keep the process steady, informed, and manageable—especially in the moments that could have easily felt overwhelming.

Savannah is one of those places that draws people in quickly, but understanding how to live here - how different areas feel, how timing and location affect your day-to-day life, even how long it really takes to get from one place to another, that’s where experience matters.

I spend a lot of time paying attention to those details, so you don’t have to learn them the hard way.

If you’re starting to think about a move, even if you’re not quite sure what that looks like yet, I’m always happy to talk it through.

No pressure. No expectations. Just a conversation to help you get your bearings and decide what feels right for you.
